How do I book a shoot?
Booking’s easy! Head to my online order portal, choose your package or services, enter the property details and request a date that works for you, then I’ll get you scheduled.
Not sure what to choose or have something a little different in mind? Send me a note and I’ll help you figure it out.
When will I receive my media?
Your standard photos, floor plans and 3D tours will be ready the next morning after your shoot! Videos and advanced services usually take around 48 hours, depending on the project.
Have a particular launch date in mind? Let me know when you book so we can plan around it.
How is payment handled?
You don’t pay anything upfront! Once your media is ready, you can take a look and complete payment through the portal before downloading it.
Eligible agents can also use Pay at Close through Titus to pay when the listing closes, subject to Titus’s terms. You can see your Pay at Close estimate here, or reach out if you have a question.
What areas do you serve?
I’m based in Conway and happy to travel throughout Arkansas! For properties more than 50 miles from Conway, a small travel fee helps cover the trip, so just send me the address if you’re unsure and I’ll help you check.
How should I prepare the home?
Think of getting the home ready for a showing! A clean, tidy space with clear counters, arranged furniture and personal items put away makes a big difference.
I also have a preparation checklist you can share with your homeowner to make getting ready a little easier!
What’s included with my photos?
Interior photography comes with a 2D floor plan, so buyers can see how the rooms fit together alongside the photos!
You can also add drone photos, a video or a 3D tour to suit the listing, and my order portal has the current options and pricing if you’d like to take a look.
